Privacy Policy

Suckura has not launched yet. The only personal data it holds is what you typed into the waitlist box or the collector survey. This page says exactly what that is, who touches it, and how to make it go away.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Dante Rodríguez Milán, trading as Suckura, based in Spain.

There is no Data Protection Officer. Suckura is a one-person project and does not carry out large-scale or systematic monitoring, so it is not required to appoint one.
2. What is collected, why, and on what basis

The survey does not ask for your name, and you can complete and send it without giving an email address at all. If you leave the beta box unticked, nothing in your answers identifies you directly.
Nothing here is used for automated decision-making or profiling under Art. 22 GDPR. Your data is never sold, rented, or handed to advertisers.
3. Who else handles it
Suckura uses a small number of service providers, which act as processors on its instructions:
- Netlify — hosts this site and receives form submissions.
- Google (Apps Script and Gmail) — moves submissions into the inbox where they are read.
Nobody else receives your data, other than where the law requires it.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Both providers above are US-based and may process your data in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, and on the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses otherwise. You can ask for details of the safeguards that apply at the address in section 1.
5. Third-party resources this site loads
Being straight with you about something most sites bury: pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts and animation libraries from the cdnjs and jsDelivr CDNs. Your browser requests those files directly, which means those providers can see your IP address and browser details. They set no cookies here and receive nothing you typed.
6. Cookies and local storage
There are no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party cookies on this site — which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
The only thing stored in your browser is a localStorage entry holding
your language choice (EN or ES), so the page stays in your language on your next visit.
It never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Spain's Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) you can:
- Access the data held about you, and get a copy.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete it (right to erasure).
- Restrict or object to how it is used.
- Port it to another provider in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Email suckura.app@gmail.com and it will be handled within one month. There is no form to fill in and no reason you need to give. Every email Suckura sends you will also carry a one-click unsubscribe link.
If you are not happy with the response, you can complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.
8. Children
Suckura is not aimed at children under 14, the age of digital consent in Spain. If you believe a child has submitted their data, write to the address above and it will be deleted.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, third-party scripts are pinned with subresource integrity, and access to submissions is limited to the controller's own accounts, which are protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfect, but nothing is stored that is not listed in section 2.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it, and anyone on the waitlist is told by email before the change takes effect.

Suckura todavía no se ha lanzado. Los únicos datos personales que guarda son los que escribiste en la lista de espera o en la encuesta para coleccionistas. Esta página explica exactamente cuáles son, quién los toca y cómo hacerlos desaparecer.
1. Quién es responsable de tus datos
El responsable del tratamiento es Dante Rodríguez Milán, que opera como Suckura, con domicilio en España.

No hay Delegado de Protección de Datos. Suckura es un proyecto de una sola persona y no realiza observación sistemática a gran escala, por lo que no está obligado a nombrar uno.
2. Qué se recoge, para qué y con qué base

La encuesta no pide tu nombre y puedes completarla y enviarla sin dar ningún correo electrónico. Si dejas sin marcar la casilla de la beta, nada en tus respuestas te identifica directamente.
Nada de esto se usa para decisiones automatizadas ni elaboración de perfiles conforme al art. 22 RGPD. Tus datos no se venden, ni se alquilan, ni se entregan a anunciantes.
3. Quién más los maneja
Suckura utiliza unos pocos proveedores, que actúan como encargados del tratamiento siguiendo sus instrucciones:
- Netlify — aloja este sitio y recibe los envíos de los formularios.
- Google (Apps Script y Gmail) — lleva los envíos hasta la bandeja de entrada donde se leen.
Nadie más recibe tus datos, salvo cuando la ley lo exija.
4. Transferencias fuera del EEE
Ambos proveedores son estadounidenses y pueden tratar tus datos en Estados Unidos. Esas transferencias se amparan en la decisión de adecuación de la Comisión Europea para el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE–EE. UU. cuando el proveedor está certificado en él, y en las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo de la Comisión en caso contrario. Puedes pedir el detalle de las garantías aplicables en la dirección de la sección 1.
5. Recursos de terceros que carga este sitio
Siendo claros con algo que la mayoría de sitios esconde: las páginas de este sitio cargan tipografías desde Google Fonts y librerías de animación desde las CDN cdnjs y jsDelivr. Tu navegador pide esos archivos directamente, lo que significa que esos proveedores pueden ver tu IP y los datos de tu navegador. Aquí no instalan cookies y no reciben nada de lo que hayas escrito.
6. Cookies y almacenamiento local
No hay analítica, ni publicidad, ni píxeles de seguimiento, ni cookies de terceros en este sitio — por eso no te estamos pidiendo que cierres un aviso de cookies.
Lo único que se guarda en tu navegador es una entrada de localStorage con
tu idioma elegido (EN o ES), para que la página siga en tu idioma la próxima vez. Nunca
sale de tu dispositivo. Borrar los datos del navegador la elimina.
7. Tus derechos
Conforme al RGPD y a la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) puedes:
- Acceder a los datos que se tienen sobre ti y obtener una copia.
- Rectificar lo que sea inexacto.
- Suprimirlos (derecho al olvido).
- Limitar u oponerte a su uso.
- Portarlos a otro proveedor en un formato legible por máquina.
- Retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento. Esto no afecta a lo hecho antes de retirarlo.
Escribe a suckura.app@gmail.com y se resolverá en el plazo de un mes. No hay formulario que rellenar ni tienes que dar ningún motivo. Todos los correos que Suckura te envíe llevarán además un enlace de baja en un clic.
Si no estás conforme con la respuesta, puedes reclamar ante la autoridad de control española, la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.
8. Menores
Suckura no se dirige a menores de 14 años, la edad de consentimiento digital en España. Si crees que un menor ha enviado sus datos, escribe a la dirección de arriba y se borrarán.
9. Seguridad
El sitio se sirve por HTTPS, los scripts de terceros van fijados con subresource integrity y el acceso a los envíos se limita a las cuentas del responsable, protegidas con verificación en dos pasos. Ningún sistema es perfecto, pero no se almacena nada que no esté listado en la sección 2.
10. Cambios
Si esta política cambia de forma sustancial, cambia también la fecha de arriba, y se avisa por correo a quien esté en la lista de espera antes de que el cambio surta efecto.
